FREEZE NOW, ENJOY LATER
Our meats, cheeses and fudges may be frozen with reasonable care.
Without removing product over wrap, seal product in foil and place in freezer. After
removal from freezer, place sealed product in refrigerator for 24 hours, then let unopened
product warm to room temperature before enjoying the cheese or fudge. Since we use only
the finest ingredients and no preservatives, our cheeses and fudges are best when consumed
within two weeks of purchase.
