GROUP SALES/FUND RAISING PROGRAM
We will provide you with order packets for each seller as well as samples of our fudge for your introductory meeting so your sellers will know what they are talking about and be able to sell with confidence. After your desired sales time ( a suggested maximum of 10 days including two weekends ) you collect the order sheets and get them to us. We will take care of consolidating the orders, make fresh fudge just before your requested delivery date. Your order will be delivered back to you sorted by order, with a collection recap copy indicating the total amount each seller should collect. A final sales recap sheet will be sent to you showing your costs and profits for the project and for each seller.
Payment terms are 5% - 21 DAYS NET . This means that if you collect your money and send in your payment in full within 21 days from receipt of the fudge, YOU MAY DEDUCT AN ADDITIONAL 5% OFF THE COST OF THE ORDER. This should give you adequate time to make your individual deliveries, collections and group payment, and MAKE EVEN MORE PROFIT!
