GROUP SALES/FUND RAISING PROGRAM

NO MINIMUM ORDER - NO PREPAYMENT 

We will provide you with order packets for each seller as well as samples of our fudge for your introductory meeting so your sellers will know what they are talking about and be able to sell with confidence. After your desired sales time ( a suggested maximum of 10 days including two weekends ) you collect the order sheets and get them to us. We will take care of consolidating the orders, make fresh fudge just before your requested delivery date. Your order will be delivered back to you sorted by order, with a collection recap copy indicating the total amount each seller should collect. A final sales recap sheet will be sent to you showing your costs and profits for the project and for each seller.

PAY FOR THE ORDER AFTER COLLECTIONS ARE MADE!

Payment terms are 5% - 21 DAYS NET . This means that if you collect your money and send in your payment in full within 21 days from receipt of the fudge, YOU MAY DEDUCT AN ADDITIONAL 5% OFF THE COST OF THE ORDER. This should give you adequate time to make your individual deliveries, collections and group payment, and MAKE EVEN MORE PROFIT!

Fudge Costs: 1/2 pound gift box - You sell for $5.00 - your profit is $1.75 for a 35% gross profit per sale!

What can I expect in the way of total sales with this program?
We have had  20 person groups do 500 pound orders and we also have had 20 person groups do 25 pounds, it all depends on the group and their motivation. The best time to do a fudge fund raiser is just in the cooler fall weather of October or November. Another effective window is around Valentine's day or Easter.  We have had good success with school-wide groups such as Sports Boosters and etc which have done well over 1000 pounds. And most of these have been located in small towns of 2000 to 3000 people. Fudge is easy to sell.

How soon can I do a project from today?
We need to allow about two weeks to get samples and order packets to you from the time you say go. We like to send you some taste samples so that at your introductory meeting your sellers can actually taste and get excited about what they will be selling.  Then allow about two weeks max to take orders, and 10 days to turn the orders into product in your hand ready for delivery.
