The quality of our fine cheese, chocolates, and meats is sensitive to warm climate conditions, and as such we feel we must ship all shipments to coastal or border states from SC to CA plus NV by UPS 2nd Day Air*. The cost of this expedited delivery is $10 in addition to our regular ground shipping charges.
During warm weather (70°degrees and warmer in the recipients area), this expedited service may be necessary for any location.

Please re-evaluate your order before finalizing to be sure that you have selected the proper shipping method for your area/weather conditions. If you have not selected 2nd Day* shipping, but desire to do so, please hit your back button and change your requested shipping method to 2nd Day Air*!

All SHIPMENTS INTO THESE WARMER ZONES WILL BE SUBJECT TO THIS EXPEDITED CHARGE. IF WE FEEL THAT PRODUCT DAMAGE MAY OCCUR WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT YOU FOR YOUR PERMISSION TO SHIP UPS 2 DAY SERVICE AND THE $10.00 EXPEDITED CHARGE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL. IF WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REACH YOU WE WILL USE OUR DISCRETION AS TO HOLDING THE ORDER FOR COOLER WEATHER OR SHIPPING 2ND DAY AND ADDING THE CHARGE TO YOUR BILL. We cannot ship meat products if it will sit over a weekend.

2007 Holiday Shipping Deadlines:
Inside the mid-west area bounded by St Louis, Milwaukee and eastern Indiana the last order time for pre Christmas delivery will be 10am, 12/18 for all orders.

For the West Coast states including WA, OR, CA, AZ, NM, UT, NV, and ID ground delivery deadlines are 10am ,12/17, the 2DAY AIR deadline is 10am , 12/19 and OVERNIGHT 10am 12/22

For all other US ground shipment deadline is 10am 12/18, with the same 2DAY AIR and OVERNIGHT deadlines as above.

With holiday gift shipping increasing geometrically each year due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot guarantee delivery on these dates. We will try, and UPS will try. However, these deadlines are based on expected UPS deliver schedules. But please remember that they are very busy at this time of year and delays may occur. Please order in advance of these deadlines to ensure timely delivery.

UPS does offer next day guaranteed service, but it is very costly...Please order early
